hosts the visit of Colombian students::

With the objective to extend the integration and disseminate the
culture of the franchising in the Iberian American countries, the ABF
hosted in the October 1st, the visit of students coming from Colombia. A
group with 15 students of the 7th semester of the Administration Course of
CESA, one of the Best universities in the country, coming to Brazil with a
mission to understand the local market in many activities sectors,
including franchising. The professors Matthew Green and Felipe Angel were
present at the event.
The Relationship manager of the entity, Rogério Feijó and the International
Analyst, Rodrigo Faria, presented to the students the actual economic scene
and how the franchise is inserted in the context. Beside this, the students
had the opportunity to know better the sector functioning and the
activities exerted by ABF which contributed to the development of the
franchising in the country.
For them, the most important doubt was about how the Colombian franchises
could enter in Brazil and how could be the reciprocal. They paid attention
in question as internationalization, trademark registering, system standard
and the business model.
The student Nicolas Farah detached the structure of ABF and said that he
was very satisfied with the information obtained in the entity. `The
connection between the countries is great and very important to our career,
for bringing more knowledge and relevant information `, declared. Laura
Marx, present in the visit detached the importance of the association and
all the reference which it brings.
